Shalom Dear Friends:

My husband and I belong to the Silent Generation. We are among those who lived through WW2. Even as little children, we paid a price as did every living soul involved.  Canadians had a will to stand up against the darkness of Nazism. Our nation confronted that evil from 1939-1945. Today, we are challenged to speak Truth but often are inhibited. Silence is seen as consent by the New World Order.

Next week, my letter will come to you from Holland. Dear friends, please keep a prayer watch for us from September 1st – Oct 20. Pray for us to cross international borders without incident. What a time to be on the road? May we be found faithful and obedient to deliver the Word of the Lord. A widowed friend from Switzerland writes: “I write with tears. I am grateful for your information. I will be with you in prayer on this Canada tour. Yes you shall be a blessing and under God’s protection. Anti-Semitism is also an issue for us. Young people paint swastikas not knowing what they mean? I am attending the 125th Zionist Congress in Basel.” C.S.

Confrontation: 

Question: Are you standing up for your beliefs? Life revolves around family, friends, work and church. Is your voice being heard? Or … do you get run over? I hear many of you responding with a quiet ‘yes’. Could it be we don’t live in the assurance of the gifts given to us. See Matthew 16; 19-21. The question is how to ‘wear Jesus’? He is our buffer, our wisdom and strength. Yes, we all have an enemy. Surprise! Your enemy is not your mother, government, or daughter? Go back to the Source of unity that makes for peace. Only then will you understand this awful division taking over our families and nations.

The Breaker:

Throughout the life of Jesus, repeatedly we learn of the ‘resistance’ He endured. He was born into great national unrest and trouble. His family fled to Egypt because of a misguided potentate who ordered the slaughter of infants in Bethlehem. God’s enemy laughed at Jesus’ death thinking his dark agenda had triumphed.  But he was defeated by Jesus’ Resurrection from death to life. It is this faith in every believer that overcomes the world. Pause and think of that! Selah.

Satan is ever hopeful to change or twist God’s plans and purposes written in heaven. Oh yes, there are libraries in heaven. Abba-Father has book-keepers. His designs are inclusive; from the youngest believer all the way to the future of nations. “And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God: and the books were opened, and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works (Rev-20:12).” 

Our world has forgotten that the Almighty is the landlord in charge down here.

Jesus had to correct the attitude of his disciples when it came to the value of little children. While running a youth camp in Ecuador,  one of our guests was an Ambassador from a communist nation. After touring the facility that housed hundreds of children, he asked; “Why do you care so much about the little children?”

My reply was simple; “Stalin and Hitler both knew how important it was for their doctrine to be the first to imprint or train up their young. For example, Hitler Youth, became the ‘SS’ killers within a few years.”  Today, we see leaders in North America shoving a godless, woke-system on the vulnerable. It’s time to stand up!

“Train up a child in the way he should go [teaching him to seek God’s wisdom and will for his abilities and talents.] Even when he is old he will not depart from it.“ 

Proverbs 22:6, Ephesians 6:4, 2Timothy 3:15

The enemy of our souls knows our value. He never quits bothering us. As a small child I learned to resist his cunning lies and attacks from so-called Christian males gone=wrong. The sinister situation forced me to become a discerning fighter. Satan’s greatest threat is the Word of God, living in you. Use it, speak it out with faith. Watch and pray for the little ones and pray and spiritual warfare for those in authority over you. IF you have something to say, SPEAK UP! 

“For our struggle is not against flesh blood [contending only with physical opponents], but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world force of this [present] darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly (supernatural) places.”

Ephesians 6:12

Every person who makes a lifetime commitment to Jesus the Messiah is a perpetual target. It matters not that one feels unworthy. We delude ourselves into thinking we can make ourselves ‘worthy’ of Jesus’ love. Never forget that we were bought with a price and given the keys of the Kingdom. Matt.16:19-21 

Jesus gave us everything He had received from His Father. He held nothing back. You have to be quietly confident and use these keys in everyday life.

“No one who is born of God practices sin; God’s seed remains in him …” 

1 John 3:9a Amp.

God’s seed [Word] planted in our lives is likened to a divine ‘genetic code’. It produces in us the desire to live a fruitful life, pleasing to Him.

It is a protection for our minds and hearts, keeping up living life to the full.

“There is a season (a time appointed) for everything and a time for every delight and event or purpose under heaven…  A time for war and a time for peace.”

Ecclesiastes 3:1-8

I love this simple sweet song. Our children need this world. I met Louis Armstrong at Tivoli Garden in Copenhagen one June. He sang and played this song at my dinner table set under a blooming cherry tree. Thanks to Ted of blessed memory.
