My dear Friends: Time is speeding up… Ancient prophecies unfold.
“Jerusalem is the navel (center) of the earth.” Ezekiel 5:5 “Behold, I am going to make Jerusalem a cup that causes reeling (staggering) to all the surrounding peoples: and when the siege is against Jerusalem, it will also be against Judah. And in that day I will make Jerusalem a heavy stone for ALL the peoples; ALL who lift it will be severely injured. And ALL nations of the earth will come and be gathered against it.” Zechariah 12: 3,4.
Today, Israel is at war with Iran and inspite of ballistic missiles slamming into this tiny nation … it is a terrible time for all of Israel be they Arab, Jew, Druze or Christian, all suffer. Perhaps the less we say is the best. The hospital in Beersheba has been hit twice, all patients were evacuated the day before the missile strikes!
In five days, 850 ballistic missiles have slammed into Israel, most hit open spaces, a few have caused death and devastating destruction. Everyone in Israel is exhausted with hours of every night and day spent in bomb shelters (if they have them). The sirens sound anytime day or night.

Our grandson got this video from a friend, taken from a high-rise in Tel Aviv. It shows Israel firing off the Iron dome to counter missile strikes, and at the end another missile hits the city.
Our son David and his wife Adi spent their 25th wedding anniversary in the bomb shelter. History tells us what happens to ALL who come against Israel and Jerusalem. It is that time again, and anyone ‘watching in’ is called to watch and pray and stop judging. Pray for souls, whether Iranian or Israeli, Arab or Jew. It’s harvest time…
Friends in Greece, England and Canada have called asking for insight into this war which Israel calls, “Rising Lion”– Israel and Iran. The world is dead in trespasses and sin, blind and dumb. ALL who turn against the rightful ownership of Jerusalem will be “severely injured” or “crushed.” Let God be God and all men liars. What I find so tragic are the millions of Christians who could care less. It’s most dangerous to be so uncommitted and use feeble excuses not to side with scripture!
“God said, I have set my name there (Jerusalem). I have chosen Jerusalem for my Name to be there, and I have chosen David to rule my people Israel.” 2 Chronicles 6:6
Pay close attention to Matthew 24 the words of the Master. Read it all.
Surely the times of the Gentiles is coming to a swift end. Just watch and pray! Ancient prophecies are unfolding at an alarming rate. The ancient anniversary of, June 18th is the national victory God ALMIGHTY gave to Mordechai and Esther in ancient Persia (Iran) in their struggle for the survival of the Jewish people against wicked Haman. The Rabbis are asking Father God to nullify all Evil coming against Israel. They teach the gates of pray are wide open. Well, we know that don’t we. But we MUST enter in with Yeshua! It is very dangerous for Iran to stick its finger in the eye of the Living God. Israel was divinely chosen of all nations. Many Christians are BLIND to this scriptural FACT. Like it or not, It was Israel who was chosen to see and pen the mind of the Almighty, hence the Bible! Iran is being dismantled, still the Ayatollah resists reason. The question we ask is “What do they have hidden deep in the bowels of the earth?” Watch and pray Beloved, and may ALL those who love her (Jerusalem) be comforted and remain under Divine Protection. We are commanded:

They waited for the sound of the ‘boom’ from Israel’s Iron Dome destroyed the first Houthi ballistic missile that night. There was a 2nd after midnight. Simultaneously, Mr Trump was being hosted in Saudi Arabia and had just gotten guarantees from Yemen, “not to attack any more ships in the Gulf. … and what about Israel? Pray for him to be fully aware of the Enemy. It is not flesh and blood.

In the book of Genesis Satan is described as a serpent. The evil controlling Russia is like a snake, but if you step on or touch it, it will attack you. The only way is to go for its head. Trump said that he and Putin have all the ‘cards’ in the war, but he is wrong! Zelinsky has the one card which will defeat the rest – it has a cross on it – Zelinsky has God on his side. WHY? The Ukraine is a praying nation, supported by all of her Evangelical, Orthodox and Catholic Christians. Unity has been demonstrated by the 7 National Days of Prayer that we initiated. Das Pessachfest wird im Monat Nissan oder April gefeiert. Juden erinnern sich an ihre Befreiung aus Ägypten. Immer mehr Menschen auf der ganzen Welt besinnen sich auf die Kreuzigung und Auferstehung des Messias Jeschua-Jesus. In diesem Monat erinnern sich Juden und Christen auf der ganzen Welt an unsere bescheidenen Anfänge. Hoffentlich entscheiden wir uns dafür, das zu erforschen. Unser Gott ist die höchste Autorität in dieser Welt. Je mehr wir in Seinem Reich wachsen, desto dankbarer werden wir für den Abstand zwischen uns und dem Schmutz, der Verderbtheit, der okkulten Dunkelheit und der enormen Unwissenheit, aus welcher wir gekommen sind. „Nicht ihr habt Mich erwählt, sondern Ich habe euch erwählt!“. Ja, gnädigerweise wurden wir „gefunden“ und sind hoffentlich befreit. Da ist kein Platz für den gewohnten Stolz auf Abstammung oder Position, wir kamen unfertig, schwach und bedürftig.
Die Frage:
Der Pessach-Seder legt großen Wert darauf, die Befreiung aus der Sklaverei einzuüben. Am Ende dieses großen Festes werden den anwesenden Kindern vier Fragen gestellt. Was wir unseren Kindern weitergeben, wird morgen den Unterschied in der Geschichte unserer Nationen ausmachen. Mose ermahnte uns: “Ihr sollt es euren Kindern erzählen und sie immer wieder lehren. Redet wiederholt darüber, wenn ihr in eurem Haus sitzt oder
auf der Straße geht, wenn ihr euch hinlegt oder aufsteht». Deuteronomium 6:7.
Warum sind wir so langsam, wenn es darum geht, unseren Kindern die Wahrheit zu sagen, weshalb wir wirklich überlebt haben? Wie sind wir eigentlich zum lebendigen Glauben gekommen? Wir kamen aus der Schwäche, der Angst und der Einsamkeit heraus und fühlten uns oft verloren. Haben wir es geschafft, unsere Kinder zu inspirieren? Haben wir ihnen mitgeteilt, wie wir gelernt haben, zu „überwinden“? Wenn nicht, erweisen wir ihnen einen großen Bärendienst: “Erzählt es euren Kindern, und eure Kinder sollen es ihren Kindern erzählen, und diese wiederum den nächsten Generationen.» Joel 1:3.
Das sagt alles aus. Gott hat keine Enkelkinder. Haben wir tragfähige Beziehungen zu unserer erweiterten Familie? Können wir den jungen Menschen ohne Groll oder Kritik zuhören? Sind wir in der Lage, ein Wort der Ermutigung in ihr Leben zu sprechen? Haben wir den Glauben unserer biblischen Väter und Mütter bewahrt? Ja, sie waren so schmerzhaft fehlerhaft, menschlich. Aber das ermutigt uns doch, oder? Wenn Mose vergeben werden konnte, dann kann ich das auch. Wenn Simon Petrus den Messias verleugnete, dann kann auch mir für meine unverzeihlichen Fehler und Entscheidungen vergeben werden.
Aber zuerst, verstehen wir „warum“ diese Passahnacht anders ist als alle anderen? In der 14. Nacht des Monats Nissan bewegte sich eine jüdische Sklavenbevölkerung im Glauben, inmitten von Schrecken. Den Vätern wurde befohlen, pro Haushalt ein Lamm zu schlachten und: und sie sollen von dem Blut nehmen und damit beide Türpfosten und die Oberschwellen der Häuser bestreichen, in denen sie essen.
2. Mose12,7+13, Matt.26,28. Johannes 1:29, Hebr. 9:14 «Und das Blut soll euch zum Zeichen dienen an euren Häusern, in denen ihr seid. Und wenn ich das Blut sehe, dann werde ich verschonend an euch vorübergehen; und es wird euch keine Plage zu eurem Verderben treffen, wenn ich das Land Ägypten schlagen werde.», 1.Kor.5,7, Heb.11,28.

Der Adler
“Eines Tages sah ich einen Prärieadler, welcher durch einen Gewehrschuss tödlich verletzt worden war. Seine Augen leuchteten noch immer wie ein Kreis aus Licht. Ich beobachtete ihn aus der Ferne und kämpfte mit den Tränen. Langsam drehte dieses stolze Geschöpf seinen Kopf und warf einen letzten suchenden Blick zum Himmel. Oft hatte es mit seinen wunderbaren Flügeln über diese unendlichen Weiten gefegt. Die gewaltige Weite war die Heimat seines Herzens. Die Himmel seine Domäne; der Spielplatz, auf welchem er sich in prächtiger Kraft austobte; in jenen fernen Höhen hatte er mit Blitzen gespielt und mit den Winden gerast. Aber jetzt, so weit weg von zu Hause, lag dieses wunderbare Geschöpf im Sterben. Die Seele des Adlers wusste, dass der Boden nicht sein Zuhause war. Er schaute immer wieder zum Himmel.
Ich schöpfe Mut aus diesem Geschöpf. Unser Geist sehnt sich danach, wie der Adler zu schweben, aber wir müssen den Glauben bewahren. Wir müssen die Hoffnung bewahren. Wir müssen unseren Kurs beibehalten. Wir müssen den tiefen biblischen und historischen Aufruf beherzigen, unter der Decke des Blutes sicher zu bleiben. Wir dürfen den Messias Jeschua-Jesus niemals loslassen. Er hat uns vom ewigen Tod befreit. Wir sind auf das Schlachtfeld gerufen und müssen mutig und tapfer sein für all das, was immer uns bevorsteht. Betet mit mir, liebe Freunde: “Meine Zeit ist in Seiner Hand. Halte den Blick himmelwärts gerichtet, meine Seele; halte den Blick himmelwärts gerichtet!”

Yes, the enemy oppresses, and will never quit until we wake up, push back and ‘serve him notice. Secure and sanctity the peace of your personal space in the blood of Jesus! IF we are not careful, we are tempted to think that there is no deliverance and our prayers are unheard. But it is in the center of trouble where Jesus revives us to go on.
There are so many challenges one faces in a lifetime; emotional, financial, psychological, physical, spiritual, economic and physical … Jay and I are in our 80’s and looking back we remind each other, “God has never failed us!” When we were pastoring in the Philippines, we encountered two cyclones. The first roaring gale tore at our trees, screaming destruction to the manse. We huddled inside praying as a deluge of rain slammed against the building. Suddenly, in the darkness, all was still. Quiet settled down, we realised this was the eye of the storm. Slowly His Peace calmed us, right there, safe in the heart of the storm. When we felt the madness had subsided, we ventured outside. The mango tree, with a 1.5 meter circumference lay yanked up by its roots and thrown across the garden. No harm was done. The destruction of our Bible School was the very beginning of National Revival! I know you love the LORD and desire more of Him, allow Jay and I to encourage you through our book, Miracles Among the Nations. It reads like the Book of Acts, and as the scriptures say: “There are many other things Jesus did. Biblical Scale Calamities – A Call for Intercession:
Israel: The eerie sound of the two minute siren brought Israel to a standstill last week. It was Holocaust Remembrance Day. This year as we commemorated 80 years since the liberation of Auschwitz-Birkenhau, a Nazi concentration and extermination camp in occupied Poland where 1.2 million were Jews succumbed to the “Final Solution.” We pray this kind of history will not be repeated. Pray for the Peace of Jerusalem, and all Israelis , Jews and Arabs, Left and Right, all are bone weary, wives, husbands, children, grandparents … Keep praying for an end of this ongoing tragedy. I have to remind myself that “The earth is the LORD’S Yahweh’s footstool.” and calm down. My blood pressure wants to run out of control.
Israel Remembered our fallen soldiers and victims of terror, this week, there seems no end to the sorrow. They are never allowed to forget the price they continually pay for their freedom. Israel’s Independence Day is remembered by survivors of the Oct. 7th/23 massacre. They sing to prove they are still alive.
Of course, Iran hates the USA and Israel. Many Israelis are in personal contact with Iranians as they speak in Persian. A great Christian Revival continues inspite of the madness of the leaders. Yeshua-Jesus is absolutely desirable! Iranian leaders are cunning liars; whose Persian ancestors created the game of chess. America in ‘talks’ with Iran has limited experience. Why not use the know how, languages and experience of Israeli negotiators? Israel is excluded, but paying with their blood for this ongoing war of decades. “How long O LORD?” Iran is apparently ‘pleased’ with these ‘Peace Talks’ with the US. This is chilling. Everything seems to be in disarray. Iran is cooking something up with Russia and China. Turkey stands ready to pounce.
Great Britain, Australia, Canada, USA:
We are all witness to the nefarious anti-Semitism in so called Democratic nations, not seen since WW2. The death spirit of the 3rd Reich is alive and well. Canada held National elections on April 28th. Be faithful in your prayer watch. This clip was sent to me by a faithful friend and supporter in England. Consider that our God is ultimately in charge. Is He not using global anti-semitism to steer His Children home to Israel? It seems like an unsolvable paradox moving to a land of so much trouble. His ways are not ours.
Perhaps we will one day know something of the inordinate pressures brought to bear against former Pope Francis by the invisible powers of the Roman Church. His only sister has spoken out loudly concerning her brother’s last requests shared with her. She is the sole custodian of his personal diary of the last two years. He had wanted to fight for the thousands of trafficked children and bring the responsible priesthood to justice, but was strong-armed to inaction. In the closing of his life he made what I consider to be unwise pronouncements, but we have no idea of the controlling pressures against him. He shared with his sister, that he believed he had failed and that the Church would have to be broken before it could be saved. Please make a point of befriending your Catholic friends, they will need your love as dark things begin to unfold. This is a moment of great apostasy in the earth when man-made religious practices and religion seek world domination. “Let no one deceive you…” 2 Thessalonians 3-17.

It is necessary so that I can raise up a new generation of men and women that will go into the market place and raise up the Name of Yahweh. The Spirit of God shall fall in buildings of rock and stone. It shall fall in places where they least believed it. I will cause chaos and I will take people by the hundreds of millions and share my Spirit with them. For I will raise up a man that shall continue, and they will say in the beginning, “He wouldn’t be able to do it.”
Whenever Jesus rules in a life, that person is able to do His bidding. Your response to Him is key. For example, the Bible tells us when God called Moses, Samuel, Hannah and David, each person responded humbly with: “Hineni … here am I!”
Is this a description of meekness? The lives of the Apostles proves that our King is well able to turn our weaknesses into the strength of endurance and meekness. The Spirit of God searches the earth, looking for servants; those who will stand before Him on behalf of others and make a difference through warfare prayers, encouragement and prophetic acts. Choose to be a key in His Hand with a breadth and depth that is supernatural.
Some of the greatest miracles we ever experienced took place after our being put into very turbulent situations. Only when we learned to wait in total dependence and listen for the quiet instructions of the Still Small Voice, did we experience change. This requires faith, tenacity, love, determination, fasting, listening, hearing, obeying, waiting and then moving out in His timing. when He says so. He make everything beautiful in His time. Wait for Him.

Nissan 14th 5786 / April 12th 2025. Calling all Parents and Grandparents:
Passover is remembered throughout the month of Nissan or April. Jews, remember their deliverance from Egypt. More and more souls across the world are centering in on the Crucifixion and Resurrection of Messiah Yeshua-Jesus. This month finds Jews and Christians globally ‘remembering’ our humble beginnings. Hopefully we choose to explore. Our God is the ultimate Authority in this world. As we grow more and more in His Kingdom, we become more grateful for the distance us and the filth, depravity, occult darkness, and gross ignorance we came out of. “You have not chosen Me, but I have chosen you!.” Yes, mercifully wewere ‘found’ and hopefully are being delivered. There is no room for familiar pride of pedigree or position, we came undone, weak and needy.
The Question:
The Passover Seder makes an elaborate point of rehearsing deliverance from slavery. This great Feast closes asking four questions to the children present. What we pass over to our children is what is going to make the difference in the history of our nations tomorrow. Moses exhorted us: “You shall tell your children, teach them repeatedly.Talk about them while sitting in your house or walking on the road, and as you lie down or get up. Deuteronomy 6:7
Why are we so slow when it comes to telling our children the truth of what we have really survived? What actually brought us in to living faith? We came out of weakness, fear and loneliness often feeling lost. Have we been able to inspire our children? Have we shared how we are learning to ‘overcome’? If we have not, we do them a great disservice.
“Tell your children about it, and let your children tell their children, and their children the next generation.” Joel 1:3.
This says it all. God does not have grandchildren. Do we have viable relationships with our extended family? Can we listen to the young without rancor or criticism? Are we able to speak a word of encouragement into their lives? Have we upheld the faith of our Biblical fathers and mothers? Yes, they were so painful flawed, human. But, this gives us courage does it not? If Moses could be forgiven so can I. If Simon Peter denied Messiah, so can I be forgiven for my unforgivable mistakes and choices.
But first, do we understand ‘why’ this night of passover is different from all others? On the 14th night of the month of Nissan a slave population of Jews moved by faith in the midst of terror.Fathers were told to slay a lamb per household, and “… take some of the blood and put it on the two door posts and on the lintel of the houses in which they eat it.”Matt 26:28, John 1:29, Heb. 9:14. “The blood will be for a sign FOR YOU on the houses where you live; when I see the blood I shall pass over you, and no affliction shall happen to you to destroy you, when I strike the land Egypt.” 1 Cor 5:7, Heb. 11:28.
Just as I am without one plea,
But that Thy blood was shed for me.
And that thou bid me to come to Thee …
Oh Lamb of God I come. I come.
The Eagle
“One day, I saw a prairie eagle mortally wounded by a rifle shot. His eyes still gleamed like a circle of light. I watched from a distance, fighting tears. Slowly, this proud creature turned its head, and gave a last searching look at the sky. He had often swept those starry spaces with his wonderful wings. The mighty expanse was the home of his heart. The heavens his domain; the playground where he surged in splendid strength; In those far away heights he had played with lightning, and raced the winds. But now, so far away from home, this magnificent creature lay dying. The soul in that eagle knew the ground was not his home. He kept looking skyward.
I take courage from that creature. Our spirits long to soar like the eagle, but we must keep faith. We must keep hope. We must keep our course. We must cherish the deep Biblical, historical call to stay safe under the covering of the blood. We must never let go of Messiah Yeshua-Jesus. He has released us from eternal death. We are called to the battlefield and must be brave for what ever we will face. Pray with me dear friends: “ My times are in His Hand. Keep the skyward look, my soul; keep the skyward look!”
Israel Honor’s Ariel Bibas:
The Academy of Hebrew Language notified former hostage Yarden Bibas, former hostage whose lost his wife and two sons to Hamas terror. This institute was changing the name of the “Ketmit Jerusalem” butterfly to “Ketmit Ariel,” to honor his four-year-old son, Ariel, who was taken captive by Hamas and murdered in Gaza.
The Academy said in a letter to Ariel’s father, Yarden: “We believed that of all the orange butterflies of our country, this butterfly in particular deserves to bear the name Ariel, as it is one of the names of Jerusalem. May this be some consolation in your grief, and may Ariel’s memory also include the memory for all who perished and fell in this great disaster.” United for Israel April 6th 2025. “For My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways My ways declares the LORD. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My thoughts higher than yours. For as the rain and snow come down from heaven, and do not return there without watering the earth … so shall My Word be which goes forth from My mouth; it shall not return to Me empty, without accomplishing what I desire and without succeeding in the matter for which I sent it.” Isaiah 58:8-11
Please take heart! IF our Creator directs the rain and snow, and makes it fruitful; how much more is He able to take our humble lives, and produce astounding blessings through them? Just pause and think of that for a moment.
The world has been witnessing a creative miracle from 1850 to the present day with the return of the Jewish exiles to Zion. Lithuania is one of the first places where Jewish surfs of Lord Gordon walked all the way home to the then called, ‘Holy Land’ 180 years ago. This is just one tiny strand of the history of the wife of our eldest son. Aliyah began with a trickle, that has gown to a river of humanity returning home from every nation in 2025. Have you been aware of it? Do you realize the Almighty is saying “Watch, Pay attention Pray!” Are you? Miracles can be so easily missed.

My dear friend Howard Flower heads up the largest Aliyah movement on behalf of the International Christian Embassy. Howard as been established in St. Petersburg Russia since the 1990’s. Aliyah: God’s Witness to the World
In Aliyah, we witness not a coincidence of history but a divine signature across time.
Throughout history, God has used physical signs to make His invisible nature visible to humanity. Among these signs, perhaps none is more significant in our time than Aliyah—the miraculous return of the Jewish people to their ancestral homeland after millennia of exile. This modern-day exodus isn’t merely a political phenomenon but a divine proclamation to an unbelieving world that the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob still acts in human history, fulfilling ancient promises with astonishing precision.
A Promise Written in Time
When Moses stood before the Israelites at the edge of the Promised Land, he prophesied both blessing and exile, yet with an extraordinary promise of restoration. “If any of you are driven out to the farthest parts under heaven, from there, the Lord your God will gather you, and from there He will bring you. Then the Lord your God will bring you to the land which your fathers possessed, and you shall possess it” (Deuteronomy 30:4-5). This wasn’t a prediction based on probability but a divine covenant that would transcend time.
For nearly two thousand years, this promise seemed impossible. The Jewish people were scattered across continents, facing persecution, pogroms, and ultimately the Holocaust. No other ancient people dispersed throughout the world had ever maintained their identity, let alone returned to reestablish their homeland. Yet against all historical precedent, we witness the Jewish people gathering “from the four corners of the earth” (Isaiah 11:12) to rebuild their ancient nation.
This fulfillment stands as a tangible sign to skeptics. In what other instance has a 3,000-year-old prophecy come to pass with such startling clarity? The mathematical improbability alone compels honest consideration that something—or Someone—beyond natural forces is at work.
God’s Character on Display
Through Aliyah, God displays not just His power but His character. When Ezekiel prophesied Israel’s regathering, God declared His motivation: “I do not do this for your sake, O house of Israel, but for My holy name’s sake, which you have profaned among the nations wherever you went” (Ezekiel 36:22). The return of Jewish people to their land isn’t merely for their benefit but serves as God’s witness to all nations.
This modern exodus reveals God’s unwavering commitment to His Word. Unlike human promises that fade with changing circumstances or generations, God’s covenants stand firm across millennia. In a world filled with broken promises and institutional failures, Aliyah showcases divine faithfulness that transcends human weakness.
Furthermore, this regathering displays God’s compassion. Just as He heard Israel’s groaning in Egyptian bondage, He has responded to centuries of Jewish suffering. “I will gather those who sorrow over the appointed assembly… I will give you fame and praise among all the peoples of the earth, when I return your captives before your eyes.” (Zephaniah 3:18-20). The establishment of Israel after the Holocaust speaks to God’s mercy that follows judgment—not to diminish the horror of that genocide but to demonstrate that death never has the final word in His story.
When Human Weakness Meets Divine Strength
The story of Aliyah powerfully illustrates how God works through human weakness. Moses reminded Israel that their covenant with God required perfect obedience—an impossible standard for fallen humanity. Yet Deuteronomy 30:6 foreshadowed a solution:“The Lord your God will circumcise your heart… to love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul.”
This spiritual transformation parallels what we see in Ezekiel 36:26-27: “I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you… I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes.” God’s regathering of Israel was never intended to be merely geographic but spiritual—not just a return to the land but a return to Him.
The miracle of Israel’s rebirth demonstrates how God accomplishes through grace what law could never achieve through human effort. Just as He provided manna, water, and protection during the first exodus, He has sustained modern Israel through seemingly impossible circumstances—surrounded by hostile nations, fighting multiple wars for survival, and transforming desert into fertile land.
The Nations as Witnesses and Participants
Intriguingly, God’s plan for Aliyah intentionally involves Gentile nations as both witnesses and participants. Isaiah prophesied: “Thus says the Lord God: ‘Behold, I will lift My hand in an oath to the nations… they shall bring your sons in their arms, and your daughters shall be carried on their shoulders.’” (Isaiah 49:22). This international involvement isn’t accidental but divinely orchestrated.
Throughout Israel’s modern restoration, we’ve seen this prophecy fulfilled as nations like the United States, Germany, Ethiopia, and Russia have played crucial roles in facilitating Jewish immigration. Operations Moses and Solomon brought Ethiopian Jews home through international cooperation. Following the Soviet Union’s collapse, over one million Russian Jews returned to Israel. * see note

After several clandestine trips behind the Iron Curtain, Jay and Meridel Rawlings produced a timely film of the plight of Soviet Jews locked into the Soviet Union, denied exit visas to Israel. This film was one of the factors that touched audiences worldwide to hold vigils outside of Soviet Embassies and Consulates demanding, “Let My People Go”. It was one of the tools used by the Almighty which caused the Gates of Brass to yield to public pressure. We personally witnessed the return of 2,000,000 Soviet Jews to Israel. God gave us a little part.
These nations serve as unwitting actors in God’s cosmic drama, fulfilling His word while simultaneously being offered evidence of His reality. As Jeremiah foretold: “It shall be to Me a name of joy, a praise, and an honor before all nations of the earth, who shall hear all the good that I do to them; they shall fear and tremble for all the goodness and all the prosperity that I provide for it.” (Jeremiah 33:9).
Aliyah and Spiritual Awakening
The ultimate purpose of this divine sign isn’t merely to prove God’s existence but to draw humanity into relationship with Himself. The physical restoration of Israel foreshadows a spiritual restoration that will impact the entire world. Paul wrote that Israel’s “acceptance will be life from the dead” (Romans 11:15), suggesting a connection between Jewish restoration and global spiritual awakening.
This pattern mirrors the Exodus, where God’s deliverance of Israel wasn’t the end but the beginning of His revelation. The plagues demonstrated His power over Egypt’s gods, the parting of the Red Sea revealed His might, but these signs pointed toward Mount Sinai where God’s heart would be disclosed in covenant relationship.
Similarly, modern Aliyah testifies to God’s faithfulness, but it points toward a greater revelation where “I will pour on the house of David and on the inhabitants of Jerusalem the Spirit of grace and supplication; then they will look on Me whom they pierced.” (Zechariah 12:10). The regathering prepares for recognition of Messiah, which in turn heralds worldwide renewal.
Conclusion
In Aliyah, we witness not a coincidence of history but a divine signature across time. For the skeptic, it offers compelling evidence that the Bible contains knowledge no human could have foreseen. For the seeker, it reveals a God whose commitment to His word and compassion for humanity transcends our failures. And for believers, it confirms that the same God who split the Red Sea still acts today, gathering His people from exile not only to fulfill His ancient promises but to proclaim His reality to a doubting world.
As nations watch this unfolding drama, they face the same decision as Pharaoh’s Egypt: to recognize the hand of God at work or to harden their hearts against the evidence before them. The promise of Ezekiel rings true today: “The nations shall know that I am the Lord when I am hallowed in you before their eyes.” (Ezekiel 36:23). Through Aliyah, God continues to make Himself known, inviting all humanity to discover the faithful God behind this living sign.

Times are increasingly more frustrating and disheartening inside of Israel. All is not well. Please pray right out of Psalm 85:9b,10.
“… that glory(the manifest presence of God) may dwell in our land. Steadfast love and truth and faithfulness meet together. Righteousness and peace kiss each other.”
We pray Father God will turn the nation back to himself. Jesus spoke very clearly in John 5:46,47. “For if you believed and relied on the Scriptures written by Moses, you would believe Me, for he wrote about Me.” See: Gen3:15,22:18,49:10, Num 24:17, Deut 18:15.
Pray the Word. It cannot return empty.

Torah Portion – Vayak’hel – And He Gathered
This weeks Torah Portion is Vayak’hel which means And He gathered. The second to last reading from the book of Exodus.
“And Moses assembled all the congregation of the sons of Israel” Exodus 35:1
In the reading it describes the preparations for the making of the Tabernacle, offerings for the tabernacle and the detailed construction of the Tent of Meeting and all the holy ornaments and garments for the priests and the design and crafting of the Ark of the covenant.
Then Moses said to the people of Israel, “See, the LORD has called by name Bezalel the son of Uri, son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah; 31 and he has filled him with the Spirit of God, with skill, with intelligence, with knowledge, and with all craftsmanship, 32 to devise artistic designs, to work in gold and silver and bronze, 33 in cutting stones for setting, and in carving wood, for work in every skilled craft. 34 And he has inspired him to teach, both him and Oholiab the son of Ahisamach of the tribe of Dan. 35 He has filled them with skill to do every sort of work done by an engraver or by a designer or by an embroiderer in blue and purple and scarlet yarns and fine twined linen, or by a weaver—by any sort of workman or skilled designer. Exodus 35:30-35
As a designer, I am intrigued by the honour and great responsibility that Bezalel had to create and build the first Tabernacle of the Lord. Not a small task! It required many craftsman to consider all of the elements for building. It must have been a beautiful masterpiece when finished. I can only imagine sitting in the tent of meeting in the beautiful Sinai Desert wilderness and praising God. Another thing that struck me was that Bezalel had to ask the people to stop brining donations of materials for the Tabernacle. They had plenty of material to complete the designs. This is how the Lord works, when his people give, He multiplies it and makes it a blessing to all.
The following passage from Ezekiel 36:33-36, is a prophecy that is unfolding today before our eyes in the land of Israel. Now the people of Israel, the jews are being brought back to their own land and being gathered in the sight of Lord and all the nations.
33 “Thus says the Lord GOD: On the day that I cleanse you from all your iniquities, I will cause the cities to be inhabited, and the waste places shall be rebuilt. 34 And the land that was desolate shall be tilled, instead of being the desolation that it was in the sight of all who passed by. 35 And they will say, ‘This land that was desolate has become like the garden of Eden, and the waste and desolate and ruined cities are now fortified and inhabited.’ 36 Then the nations that are left all around you shall know that I am the LORD; I have rebuilt the ruined places and replanted that which was desolate. I am the LORD; I have spoken, and I will do it. Ezekiel 36:33-36

Massacre of Christians and Alawites
The terrorist rebel group HTS lead by Abu Mohammed al-Julani who managed to seize Syria from the Assad regime in 10 days are now committing a massacre agains the Christian and Alawite minorities in western Syria. Unverified reports from the ground in Syria are saying that over 20,000 people have been horrifically murdered including woman and children. The HTS jihadists are also kidnaping woman and children. How long will the European Union and and main stream media be silent? God have mercy on these people!

Die Verdorbenheit wandelt durch die Nationen:
Der Tod der biblischen Menschlichkeit, der Brüderlichkeit, hat mit den Massakern und Geiselnahmen vom 7. Oktober 2023 eine Tiefe der Verdorbenheit erreicht, die kein vernünftiger Mensch für möglich gehalten hätte. «STEHT AUF» gegen die Hamas“, lautete der jüngste Aufruf aus dem Weißen Haus. Warum hat unsere israelische Führung klein beigegeben? Der globale Antisemitismus behauptet jedoch, Israel sei ein „Aussätziger“, welchen man meiden müsse, ein „Unantastbarer“. Das andere Gesicht des Antisemitismus hat die arabischen Brüder dazu gebracht, mit ihnen umzugehen wie mit einer Zeitbombe. Niemand will sie haben. Antisemitismus ist ein zweischneidiges Schwert. Nichts kann ihn besiegen ausser dem gesprochenen lebendigen Wort, in der Bibel, welches die Leben gläubiger Menschen auf der ganzen Welt zum Leben erweckt!
Eine Zeit zum Weinen:
In diesem Moment steht ganz Israel stramm, um die Rückkehr von Oded Lifshitz, 84, Shiri Bibas, 32, und ihren beiden Söhnen Kfir, 9 Monate, und Ariel, 4, zu würdigen. (Alter zum Zeitpunkt der Entführung) Die Hamas hatte zu viel Angst vor schlechter Publicity, um den kleinen Jungen kleine Särge zu geben. Es herrschte Schweigen, als die Särge durch die Straßen Israels zum Forensischen Identitätszentrum gefahren wurden. Menschen aus allen Gesellschaftsschichten säumten die Straßenränder und standen bei strömendem Regen und Hagel auf den Brücken über den Autobahnen. Sie kamen, um diesen Märtyrern zu gedenken und ihnen die letzte Ehre zu erweisen.
Idealismus und harte Arbeit reichen nicht aus:
Juden aus Argentinien und anderen lateinamerikanischen Nationen wanderten seit Generationen ein, um „das Land zu bebauen“. Sie wählten den fruchtbaren Streifen an der Grenze zu Gaza in der westlichen Negev-Wüste. Wenn die Zeremonie näher rückt, wird es sich erheben, aufrecht im Mondlicht stehen, in Schrecken und Freude.
Wenn gegenüber ein Jüngling und ein Mädchen hervortreten und langsam auf die Nation zu marschieren.
Gekleidet in Kampfausrüstung, schmutzig, die Schuhe schwer von Schmutz, steigen sie leise den Weg hinauf.
Um ihre Kleidung zu wechseln, ihre Stirn zu wischen Sie haben noch keine Zeit gefunden. Noch knochenmüde von Tagen und Nächten im Felde,
Voll endloser Müdigkeit und unausgeruht, sieht man noch den Tau ihrer Jugend auf ihrem Haupte, so stehen sie stramm und geben kein Zeichen des Lebens oder des Todes.
Dann wird ein Volk in Tränen und Staunen fragen: „Wer seid ihr?“ Und sie werden leise antworten: „Wir sind das silberne Tablett, auf welchem der jüdische Staat übergeben wurde.

I am compelled to send you the following heart felt cries, asking for your prayers on behalf of Israel, the Palestinians and all nations. We see cause for grave concern. Since Oct 7th 2023 we asked: “was the Knesset tainted with ineptitude and corruption leading us to this ghastly day?” At the same time, Biden in the US and all Western Nations continued to refuse to recognise who the enemy of all humanity is! Our world stands at a time of foreboding, a time of coming judgement!
Israel is a nation of broken people …
Israel has suffered 505 days of shock, disbelief, sadness, humiliation.
Israel has lost over 844 IDF soldiers and 69 police officers.
Gaza is torn up, with how many dead?
A trickle of hostages have returned since November 2024.
Hamas has regained full control of a now broken Gaza?
Israel is still the underdog in this colossal mess.
Today, Israelis are humiliated, weak with sorrow.
Grief takes precedence over seething anger.
Depravity Walks the Nations: The death of Biblical humanity, of brotherhood, has reached a depth of depravity that no rational person thought possible in the massacres and hostage taking of Oct. 7/23. “STAND UP to Hamas”, was the recent call from the White House. Why did our Israeli leadership back down? Yet, Global antiSemitism maintains Israel ‘a leper’ to be avoided, an ‘untouchable’. AntiSemitism’s other face, had made their Arab brothers deal with them as one would a time bomb. No one wants them. AntiSemitism is a two edged sword. Nothing will bring it down but the spoken Living Word, the Bible, brought to life in the lives of believing people world wide!
A Time to Weep: At this very moment, all of Israel, stands at attention to respect the return of Oded Lifshitz, 84, Shiri Bibas 32 and her two sons Kfir 9 months, and Ariel 4. (Ages at time of abduction) Hamas was too afraid of bad publicity to give the little boys small coffins. Silence reigned, as the coffins are driven through the streets of Israel to the Forensic Identity Centre. People from every walk of life, lined the roadside, and stood on bridges over the highways, in pouring rain and hail. They stood to remember and and pay these martyrs their last respects. Now we find out that Shiri Bibas’ body was not a match in the forensics tests and the Israeli Government are tying to get it back. Also it is known now that the Bibas family were abducted by ordinary Gazan residents not Hamas. What an disaster.
Idealism and Hard Work is not Enough: Jews from Argentina and other Latin American nations, immigrated generations ago to ‘build up the land.’ They chose the fertile strip bordering Gaza on the Western Negev desert. Founding kibbutzim and moshavim, they worked the fertile land and reached out to befriend their neighbors. Gazan workers were hired, and fought to bring Palestinian cancer patients to Israel for treatment. They believed in brotherly kindness. It has been proven that many of these Palestinian workers had deceitfully mapped out their homes, and villages to aid Hamas in murdering, maiming, raping and pillaging on Oct 7th/23. There is no end of the film evidence of these acts by Hamas AND ‘neighbors’ including young teens …?
“Forgive our trespasses, as we forgive others…” The grieving families of Oded Lifshitz and the Bibas family have begged for restraint and refuse to call for vengeance. That is the ultimate Spirit of Israel.

Warum wundern wir uns, dass die Trägheit uns alteingesessene Gläubige getroffen hat? Der Weg ist steil in diesen Tagen, und viele liebe Seelen sind entmutigt oder deprimiert, und einige haben sogar den Wunsch geäußert, zu sterben und in den Himmel zu kommen! In Eurem eigenen Freundeskreis ist Euch dieses Unbehagen sicher auch schon begegnet. Es scheint so weit verbreitet zu sein, wie die Erkältung und die Grippe, welche uns heimsuchen. Wir werden nicht gewinnen, wenn wir aufgeben. Wir müssen kämpfen, um zu leben und weiterzumachen. „Warum schläfst du? Betet, damit ihr nicht in Versuchung geratet.“ Lukas 22:46.
Meine Pionier-Großmütter haben uns gelehrt: Das Aushalten von Entbehrungen macht uns aus. Diese harte Wahrheit ist die Zutat, welche den Unterschied zwischen Existieren und kraftvoller Vitalität ausmacht. Härte formt den Charakter. Unsere spirituellen Konflikte gehören zu unseren größten Segnungen … wenn wir uns weiterhin für das Leben entscheiden. In solchen Momenten hilft es mir, mich daran zu erinnern, dass „unser großer Widersacher vom Allmächtigen benutzt wird, um uns für seine (böse) endgültige Niederlage zu trainieren. Nicht unsere. Wir müssen die positiven Seiten des Lebens im Auge behalten.

Eine unserer vielen Herausforderungen ist es, für die Führer der Welt zu beten, denn unsere Welt ist heute so vernetzt. Die Universitäten in den USA, Kanada, dem Vereinigten Königreich und Australien leiden unter den verfaulten Früchten des Hasses; den Früchten der «Woke» – Regierungen. Hass auf Juden, Israel und diejenigen, welche die Wahrheit sagen. Lasst Euch nicht täuschen, Gott lässt sich nicht verspotten. Heute sind die Nachrichten voll von den Heldentaten des neuen US-Präsidenten. Anstatt sich zu ärgern oder zu kritisieren, betet! Diese schnelllebigen, bedeutsamen Tage des globalen Wandels können uns verunsichern, wenn wir es zulassen. Wir werden ermahnt: „Wählt das Leben, damit Ihr leben könnt …“. Wählt gut, denn dies sind die Tage, welche uns in die Ewigkeit führen!“
In einer Zeit, in der so viele Stimmen nach Aufmerksamkeit schreien, ist das Hören auf die Stille Kleine Stimme heute vielleicht wichtiger denn je. Stört Euch dieser letzte Satz? Warum? Ja, ich verstehe, wie schwierig es ist, innerlich still zu werden und sich selbst ehrlich zu begegnen. „Seid STILL und ERKENNT, dass ich Gott bin! Ich werde hoch erhaben sein unter den Völkern, ich werde hoch erhaben sein auf der Erde.“ Ps 46:11
Der HERR, Gott, hat immer das Sagen. Wir sind seine Gäste auf dieser Erde für eine kurze Zeit. Nein, wir verstehen seine Wege nicht, denn wir sind endlich. Ich möchte Euch alle ermutigen und Euch für Eure Gebete für alle Israelis danken. Das schließt natürlich auch die Palästinenser ein. Sicher gibt es einige Gläubige im Gazastreifen und in der PA? «Möge Gottes Stimme in jedem hörenden Herzen erklingen.»
Die Geiseln:
„Es gibt keine lebenden weiblichen Gefangenen mehr“, hat die Hamas bekannt gegeben. Was sagt Euch diese Nachricht? Es sind nur noch Männer übrig, und zu viele von ihnen leben noch in Dunkelheit und Verderbtheit. Von den 251 Geiseln, die am 7. Oktober 2023 gefangen genommen wurden, sind bis heute 175 zurückgekehrt oder gerettet worden, und die Hamas hat 38 lebende männliche Geiseln und hält vermutlich 35 Leichen. Aviva Siegel, welche 51 Tage lang gefangen gehalten wurde, bestätigte, dass die Hamas einige von ihnen sexuell belästigt und missbraucht hat. „Diese Mädchen wurden in Marionetten für ihre Entführer verwandelt. Sie wurden in enge Kleidung gekleidet und gezwungen, Demütigungen zu ertragen, welche niemandem zugemutet werden sollten.“
Karina Ariev, IDF-Feldbeobachterin, sagte: „Ich wurde ein Jahr und fünf Monate lang von der Hamas gefangen gehalten. Heute bin ich, Gott sei Dank, zu Hause in Israel. Von nun an wird meine Reise neben der Rehabilitation und der Rückkehr ins Leben auch das Gedenken an meine Kameraden, Kommandeure, Kompaniechefs und Kämpfer beinhalten, welche im Kampf auf dem Posten in Nahal Oz, wo ich diente, gefallen sind. Ich werde an der Seite ihrer Familien für Gerechtigkeit und Wahrheit kämpfen. Ich war dabei, niemand darf zurückgelassen werden, ich werde nicht schweigen.“ Das ist ein hervorragendes Beispiel für jemanden, welcher sich mutig für das Leben entschieden hat.
Am 1. Februar wurde Yarden Bibas, 35, nach 484 Tagen in Hamas-Gefangenschaft befreit. Er war zusammen mit seiner Frau Shiri und ihren beiden kleinen, rothaarigen Jungen, von denen einer erst 10 Monate alt war, als Geiseln genommen worden. Die Hamas behauptete im November 2023, seine Familie sei getötet worden. Ich habe vor langer Zeit geträumt, dass diese Jungen mit schwarz gefärbten Haaren und in arabischer Kleidung von zwei sehr großen traditionellen muslimischen Frauen aus dem Norden Gazas in den Süden geschmuggelt wurden. Die Hamas lügt. Wenn sie tot sind, mögen sie in Frieden ruhen. Ich werde weiter beten. Ich glaube nicht, dass sich der Kreis jetzt schließt. Die Hamas hat gesagt, sie seien von der PFLP entführt worden und könnten nicht zurückgeholt werden. Die Volksfront zur Befreiung Palästinas (PFLP) ist die zweitgrößte der Gruppen, welche die PLO bilden, die größte ist die Fatah. Allesamt Lügner.
Israel zahlt viel:
Mit der jüngsten Freilassung von drei männlichen Geiseln am 1. Februar nach 484 Tagen in Hamas-Gefangenschaft… hier ist, was die Hamas im Gegenzug für diese 3 Seelen bekommen hat: Israel hat 183 palästinensische Terroristen freigelassen – 18, welche lebenslange Haftstrafen verbüßen, 54, welche lange Haftstrafen verbüßen und 111, welche seit dem Hamas-Massaker vom 7. Oktober 2023 verhaftet wurden.
„Die Nationen sind in die Grube gefallen, welche sie gegraben haben; ihre Füße sind in dem Netz gefangen, welches sie versteckt haben. Der HERR ist bekannt durch seine Gerechtigkeit; die Bösen sind versklavt durch die Werke ihrer Hände. Das Opfer bekennt sich zu dir.

Dieses schöne Lied kennt Ihr wahrscheinlich. Es stammt von Überlebenden des Anschlags vom 7. Oktober, als mehr als 100 Terroristen in ihren Moschaw (Kibuzzim) eindrangen. Es wurde einem Familienmitglied zugesandt, welcher es mit mir teilte. Wie wertvoll sind diese Freunde.
Die gute Nachricht ist, dass wir das Ende des Buches gelesen haben, und dieser herrliche Satz wird beim Hochzeitsmahl des Lammes gesungen.
