israel_newsIsraeli researchers are the first to discover unique biomarkers in blood taken from survivors of traumatic events. About 12% will develop a serious post-traumatic stress disorder about four months after the trauma. Eventually a simple blood test can be used to screen trauma victims at high risk for PTSD. The discovery is published in the on-line edition of Molecular Psychiatry, one of the world’s leading psychiatric journals. Our Healing for the Family Seminars have rought healing to many suffering from PTSD as a result of various abuses.

a.January 27th 2005, in sub-zero conditions, ten thousand participants including 43 heads of state celebrated the 60th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz, the Nazi extermination camp. This international outpouring of respect and remembrance at the world’s largest graveyard without any head stones is a marvel. 2000 guests were camp survivors bearing their identity numbers stamped on their right forearm those many years ago. At the same time more Europeans are turning against Israel. A recent poll showed 68% of Germans believe Israel is waging a war of extermination against Palestinians.

c.What are your hopes for peace between Israel and the Palestinians? We have seen it all before. Palestinian media whips up anger and the desire for revenge by inciting the population via TV dramas, misinformation in the news and sermons from the mosques. The demonstrations are now more violent, more deaths, funerals, vows of revenge ensure. It is a simple and proven recipe for escalating the conflict. By way of information, two 15-year-old boys wearing explosive belts were stopped at checkpoints by Israeli soldiers Feb. 4, 2005. Nothing has changed. Don’t be fooled, nothing has changed.
